Consolidated Bidders Mailing List General Information

The University of Alaska of Statewide System Procurement Office maintains the consolidated bidders mailing list of prospective bidders and offerors used by all the University of Alaska locations. This mailing list is used by the University for its formal solicitations for commodity/service contracts which are estimated to exceed $50,000 and for construction contracts estimated to exceed $100,000.

The consolidated bidders mailing list is used by the campus procurement and facilities offices in Fairbanks, Anchorage, and Juneau. The list contains information regarding the type of supplies, services, or construction services a vendor is able to furnish to the University of Alaska.

How It Works

Complete the Consolidated Bidders Application Form, submit the application and a copy of your valid current Alaska Business License and Contractor's License (if applicable) to:

It is critical that the application form is complete and includes all attachments. If an application form is received incomplete it will be returned. To be included in the University of Alaska's Consolidated Bidders List you MUST HAVE A VALID CURRENT ALASKA BUSINESS LICENSE! AS 08.18

Conditions

• Alaska Bidder and Alaska Product Preferences - Preferences as prescribed by AS 36.30.170 is given in University of Alaska solicitations to bids and offers submitted by firms which meet the statutory criteria for Alaska Bidders and Employment Programs except preference will not be applied for any federally or privately funded contracts.
  
  
• Debarment or Suspension of Bidders - Any vendor/contractor who is suspended or debarred under AS 36.30 will be removed from the University's bidders mailing list during ther period of debarment or suspension, and will not be solicited to participate in University contracts.  If a bidder is listed in any federal debarred, suspended, or ineligible bidders list, the bidder will not be considered for award of any federally funded contract.
  
  
• Removal From Mailing List for Failure to Respond - Firms who fail to respond to University soliciations may be removed from the applicable mailing list after notice to the firm. Bidders removed from the list for this reason may be reinstated after payment of a $25.00 re-application fee. For purposes of retention on the mailing list, a written "no bid" is considered as a response to a solicitation and will not be counted for purposes of removal from the list.
