UAF Roxen Content Provider Account Business Guidelines
UAF purchases individual licenses for each Roxen Content Provider/Site Developer. Each year we will evaluate whether additional licenses are needed. Please help us optimize the use of the licenses we have by assigning them only to those individuals responsible for maintaining the content on your web site(s).
We intend for all UAF departments to have accounts for as many of their UAF affiliated web content providers/site designers as can effectively be used. However, please be advised that we have a finite amount of these licenses, and once they are all taken, we will have to purchase more.
Before spending money, we will ask your help to make sure that the licenses you have are being effectively used by the individuals you designated to maintain your web site. Individuals who are not actively maintaining a site, and have not used their account for six to twelve months, may be asked to relinquish their license so it can be offered to another person in need.
We want you to have as many licenses as you can effectively use to keep your web site fresh and up-to-date. Please help us by using them effectively and efficiently.
