OIT Support Center - Training

Any class session held in Butrovich 104 can made be available via audio conference and Elive web conference software. To request this service email sytrain@alaska.edu two business days prior to the session.

If you are a Department Admin, TKL Admin, or Phone Book Contact working in EDIR you need to attend both the Brief and Hands - On sessions. If you are only planning to update your own information you don't need to attend the Hands - on sessions.

Our Classes are open to UA Staff, Faculty, and Student Employees.
To sign up for training, click on the name of the class. Then click the date you wish to attend.
