Setting Preferences for SSH/Telnet Login

1. Click on Login from the main Usermin toolbar. Under the Login features, select SSH/Telnet Login. Your browser must have java enabled for this feature to function.

2. To set Preferences, click on the Preferences link. If java is not enabled, you may see an error message.

3. Once in Preferences, you have the option of configuring the applet size. The first choice, 80x24 characters, utilizes the default font size, and will override any font size entered on the Font size in points line.

4. Custom width and heighth must be set in pixels. Doing so will allow you to select a font size in points.

5. Selecting the Separate window mode feature will allow you to use the applet in its own window. Among other conveniences, doing this allows you to set the font size automatically.

Click Save to keep your settings.
