Communication Plan – ownership: see attachment
Flyer – Jackie will implement all the changes, put it on line and then inform the group. Content Planning Update from Coordinating Team – see updated content plan draft – Members looked over the draft and understood that other major changes will not occur before the Pilot Rollout in February 2005.Ø Define scope & definition for each tab and default channels – Ramona Repaczki has volunteered to complete this task and she will work with the group in completing this task. 3rd party software needs for single sign on – This issue has been pushed to be discussed through e-mail. As of November 15, 2004 the following input has been provided:Goldmine Tutorial tab – input-This issue has been pushed to be discussed through e-mail. Heather is collecting all inputs.Ø Library Channel Update – Ilana Kingsley has provided input for a Library tab with channels on it before the meeting. Unfortunately adding another Library tab will not be possible before the Pilot but the channels can be discussed for future implementation. Due to time constraints Ilana was not able to provide a library channel update. New MyUA UAF Portal Project website release New MyUA Project website, www.alaska.edu/myua/ - Statewide has a new template for the website.Ø New MyUA UAF Working group website www.alaska.edu/myua/myua-uaf/ UAF Working Group web page has been transferred to the new Statewide template. The group decided to add phone numbers to the membership list on line and not to add members’ pictures.
