Pilot recruitment update
Heather gave an update of how many pilot participants she has gathered
● 55 staff names (4 rural) - goal exceeded
● 50 Faculty (3 rural) - goal exceeded
● 63 students (8 rural) - goal exceeded
Martin offered to get more rural participation; Heather will send him the pilot information

Brochure/website
● General info website is needed now.
● WG suggested the pilot group test the brochure copy, but it may not be in draft that soon.
● WG agreed that it would be good if the brochure was done in May, but major distribution would be done in September.
Heather gave a presentation to CEM faculty and staff.
Campus webpage links to MyUA
The portal coordinating team strongly recommends a link to myUA be added from the front door of every campus web website. WG discussed the best way to make that happen.
Martin suggested contacting the dean’s office (Dorene Bunch at 6429) or working with college tech support (CDE). Heather will contact the dean’s office.
Policies: Group Studio and Announcement Policies
Heather passed out “out-of-the-box” policies provided by SCT. WG agrees there is a need to address policies with respect to the portal.
