Pilot Update
UAOnline channel still offline
SW is creating a Banner form to standardize reset procedures for UAOnline / MyUA across the MAUs.
SW working on Blackboard CPIP connecter – no ETA.
MyCourses: UAA working on. No “proof of concept” yet. Will work with Blackboard and UAS course software.
Estimated live date for portal: middle of June.

● May not be enough requests to be a problem. Suggest UR/DC&C share approval authority.
3rd party software
● Suggest setting priorities based on users (students first) and number of users. Also need to consider number of times of us (i.e. once a semester vs. once a week, etc.)
● Added Advising Center scheduling software to the list.
Group Procedures
Discussed making a channel specific to UAF that includes a form for requesting creation of a group. Use same criteria as computer users agreement.
Any UAF affiliate can request a group.
If we use the same procedure as current process for requesting/approving listservs, no review is needed, other than making sure the requestor is affiliated
How to cull groups? Suggested deleting groups that are inactive, but how can that be determined? Use an expiration date? Or send an e-mail annually that the group will expire if it is not renewed by a certain date?
