Portal technically live, but not activating eDir accounts due to no single sign on.
Uaonline held up due to HR concerns re: help desk students seeing employee data.
Coordinating team chair wrote memo to S. Smith re: need for delaying rollout

Heather will revise and send to the WG for another look this week.
Communications meeting update
Changed European to American password default.
Purpose of the brochure: let people know what a portal is and why it is and why people should use it.
Added link to myUA from eDir.
Plan to activate 300 eDir accounts per day (for UAF) will take too long. Need to revisit.
