   Updates

          Heather is meeting with Steve Smith and Tom Moyer later this week to discuss MyUA status and plans for the coming year.

          Heather discussed the residence life TV channel PSA with Jaime earlier this month.

          The Working Group would like to review user feedback on a regular basis.

 

      Communications plan review and update

          Discussed dates and plans for the fall re-rollout. Highlights of discussion:

●          Discussed fall dates. Since the Help Desk is likely to be very busy in the early part of the semester, it may be better to wait until mid-September to start sending activation messages. However, orientation students will have to be activated earlier.

●          Recommend sending e-mail from chancellor to UAF-L again, then 3 versions of activation message (as done in summer). WG recommends the activation messages come from the Help Desk.
