2. UA Mandated Projects
   Projects that have been approved and committed to by UA Executive Administration
   
   • Benefits program changes
   • Union contract changes
   • Compensation changes
   • Cross Application Projects that are mandated
   
   Automation & Procedural Projects
   Projects that automate or improve procedures or business processes including non-mandated cross application projects
