The university offers a comprehensive health care benefit that includes medical, dental, pharmacy and vision coverage. The UA Choice health care plan features three levels of coverage—the 500 Plan, the 750 Plan and the High Deductible Plan—and an opt-out provision for employees with other coverage. Annual plan deductibles vary based on the level of coverage selected.
